Intend on choosing the level of grind?
The coarse grinding of the coffee beans should be utilized in the preparation of a mocha coffee. This grinding method allows for the extraction of a strong, fullbodied, and flavorful coffee.

Medium grinding should be chosen when preparing coffee with a French Press. With this type of grinding, you will be able to prepare a smoother, more aromatized coffee.

Fine grinding is ideal for expresso machinies. The ideal expresso coffee preparation should last between 25 and 30 seconds. If its extraction takes more or less time, tweaking of the grinding may be necessary.
Extra fine grinding is used in the preparation of turkish coffee, since the coffee powder isn't strained.

It is the ideal choice for a vibrant awakening or for enjoying a moment of pure pleasure with a beverage that can truly be felt.

The roast of "Mistura Particular" is carefully refined to highlight each nuance, ensuring that the richness of "Lote Particular" shines through. It is the perfect opportunity to savour a substantial and historic coffee, offering a unique experience in itself.

Preparation:

1.Select your favorite mixture and chose the grinding more adequate to your machine or preparation method.
2.Dose the beverage with 8 to 10g of mixture per coffee cup, according to your tastes.
3.Preferably use non-sparkling spring water. Always scald your coffee cup (preferably porcelain).
4.Serve immediately. Keep the package well sealed and stored in a cool place protected from sunlight.


If you opt for on-the-spot grinding, the date on the package is the grind date, and should be consumed in a period of 90 days.
