    • We Prefer Eco-Friendly Packaging:
We seek to reduce the use of disposable packaging, opting for recyclable or biodegradable materials, such as recycled paper and compostable materials. Additionally we encourage our customers to bring their own packaging and transport bag to reduce the consumption of disposable packaging.
    • We Manage our Waste:
We have implemented an efficient selective collection system that allows for recycling and composting. With this initiative, we have reduced the amount of waste sent to landfills.
    • We Invest in Energy Efficiency:
With equipment and practices that reduce energy consumption, such as LED lamps, efficient heating and cooling systems and the use of natural light.

Harness the Power of Coffee Grounds.

At Casa Angola, we prioritise sustainability at every stage of the process. That is why we offer our coffee grounds to clients free of charge. Simply bring along a reusable bag, glass jar or other container and take home this natural, incredibly versatile fertiliser.

Rich in essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, coffee grounds are a real boon for your garden. They promote the healthy growth of plants and vegetables and attract beneficial microorganisms that contribute to healthier, more fertile soil.

How to Use Coffee Grounds on Your Plants:

    • Directly on the soil – Spread a thin layer of dry soil around the base of the plants.
    • Mixed with soil – Mix the grounds with the soil in the pot or bed, before planting.
    • Brewed coffee grounds – Leave the coffee grounds in water for a few days and use the water to water the plants.
    • Composting – Add the grounds to the compost to speed up the decomposition process and use the coffee grounds in the garden and plants.

Coffee grounds make for an excellent fertilizer, but each plant has specific needs. We recommend doing a little research to ensure that coffee grounds are suitable for the species in your garden.
