These Terms and Conditions of the Casa Angola Online Store (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the use by Consumers of casaangola.pt, made available and managed by Casa Angola Internacional - Importação e Exportação, S.A., NIF 501 567 798, with registered office at Estr. Nacional 107 Km 10 - Moreira 4470-628 Maia, Porto, for the purposes of purchasing products available on the site.
Casa Angola reserves the right, at any time, to update, modify or alter any part or even the whole of this agreement.
These terms should be taken into consideration when reading and accepting the Privacy Policy.
Products and prices
All the products in the online store are described as accurately as possible. The prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force and may change without prior notice. However, once the order has been confirmed, the applicable price will be that at the time of purchase. Casa Angola reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue products.
Stock availability
Products are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, Casa Angola will contact the customer to propose an alternative solution, which may include replacement with another product or refund of the amount paid.
Purchasing process
To make a purchase, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart and follow the instructions for checkout. Confirmation of the order will be sent by email. Casa Angola reserves the right to refuse orders in specific situations, such as price errors or fraud.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout and include: MBWay, VISA, Multibanco or Bank Transfer.
Casa Angola guarantees that all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with data protection regulations.
Order pick-up
After confirming your order, you will be notified by email when it is available for pick-up at Casa Angola's physical store.
For greater ease we ask that you have the order confirmation email or order number with you.
Returns and Right of Free Resolution
The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt, without the need for justification, as long as the products are in the same condition as when sold. To request a return, the customer should contact customer service, who will indicate the steps to follow. Please note that certain products, such as coffee ground to order, may not be eligible for return due to their personalized nature.
Using the Customer Account
To make purchases, the customer can create an account, in which their contact information and order history will be stored. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for updating their data whenever necessary.
