The coarse grinding of the coffee beans should be utilized in the preparation of a mocha coffee. This grinding method allows for the extraction of a strong, fullbodied, and flavorful coffee.

Medium grinding should be chosen when preparing coffee with a French Press. With this type of grinding, you will be able to prepare a smoother, more aromatized coffee.

Fine grinding is ideal for expresso machinies. The ideal expresso coffee preparation should last between 25 and 30 seconds. If its extraction takes more or less time, tweaking of the grinding may be necessary.

Extra fine grinding is used in the preparation of turkish coffee, since the coffee powder isn't strained.

Our 'Lote Descafeinado' is obtained using a natural method that does not involve the use of chemical solvents.

It contains no caffeine, yet still ensures the complete preservation of the authentic coffee flavour.

The result is an exceptionally balanced, comforting decaf coffee that is ideal for any time of day and offers a relaxing experience without compromising on flavour.

Composition: 100% coffee of the Robusta and Arabica variety.

Preparation:

1.Select your favorite blend and chose the grinding more adequate to your machine or coffee preparation method.
2.Dose the coffee to your liking (between 7 e 8g per coffee cup).
3.Preferably use non-sparkling spring water. Always scald your coffee cup (preferably porcelain).
4.Serve immediately. Keep the package well sealed and stored in a cool place protected from sunlight.

If you opt for on-the-spot grinding, the date on the package is the grind date, and should be consumed in a period of 90 days.
